If you would like to learn more about my practice and discuss your individual needs, I offer free 15-minute phone consultations to see if we would be a good fit. If you would like to become a client of mine, please call, email, or schedule an initial session via the client portal. After I have entered you into my electronic health record (Simple Practice), I will send you my practice documents, which include required policies and forms, for you to fill out prior to the initial assessment. This allows me to know a bit about you before we meet and streamlines the process.
My private-pay rate is $100 for a 60-minute session ($25 per 15-minute unit), which is comparable with most insurances reimbursements in this area. This is a discounted “prompt pay” rate that is due at time of appointment. This price includes my time to travel to and from the office, the time with you of course (the most important part), billing your insurance on your behalf, documentation, communicating with your treatment (including therapist, psychiatrist, and medical provider), updating meal plan, viewing Recovery Record food logs between sessions, and corresponding with you for support between sessions.
I am contracted with the following insurance payers: Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Health Choice, Humana, and Tricare East. If you would like to use your insurance to help pay for sessions, please call your insurance company prior to our first session in order to verify nutrition benefits of your plan.
- Policies and Fee Agreement
- HIPAA Notice
- New client form and other required documents will be sent to you for completion in the client portal
